I want to be the most helpful person in the company and always have a brain ideas because I like to talk and give my opinion especially when things I know' I will explain and argue them. Next thing is, I want help them to find and know the visit unfamiliar areas and interesting places.

How I'll prepare myself to be in this industry:
To be a CEO or manager, I must learn to have a communicate clearly with clients. I will improve my skill while communicate with my customer and also learn more language especially english cause I know I'm so bad in english so I need to push up myself and work hard if i don't want to have any problem with my customer and client. The last one is I shoul always be aware with current issues. I will also become a diligent person and show to other people the real me. I will be dicipline with my time management and etc.

MyBHA China Mission Trade 2019, the 1st Oversea Trip organised by Mr. Jarod Chia, Chairman of National Foreign Trade Affairs Bureau, in which this trip aims to engage and connect members with global opportunities and today latest technology. In today changing environment, it is wise for members can walk out from their safety zone, and to learn and enhance current knowledge and abilities.
This event can contribute to to promote the accommodation of small and medium-sized hotels in China. The purpose of the visit was to promote the room facilities of small and medium-sized hotels in Malaysia to match the Malaysia Tourism Year 2020, attracting tourist from all over the world. Other than that, is to also to promote the good impression of foreigners on Malaysia. This event was organized by Foreign Trade Affairs Bureau.
In order to deepen mutual economic and cultural exchanges, the association also signed an international strategic cooperation agreement with China Hotel Supplies Association in this investment projects, and designated the two parties as global strategic partners. To ensure the highest quality hotel supplies, as well as to attract Chinese to Malaysia to invest in the hotel supplies market.
In this organization , we can fit as budget hoteliers because our job scope are much bigger than budget hoteliers. We may work as a supervisor in any company so in hotel industry we can fit in any organization in hotel management.
I don't think this can be our future job because we're more worth than that because this job only focusing in hotel management. Instead,we can fit in different of job scope that much better than hotel management. Such as Customer service frontliner, tour guide, supervisor and many more.
