Hotel General Manager
*DESCRIBE MY FUTURE CARRIER*:
The General manager is responsible for all aspects of operations at the hotel, to day-to-day staff management and guests. He / She should be an ambassador for the brand for the hotel . Provide leadership and strategic planning to all departments in support of our service culture, maximized operations and guest satisfaction. Work very closely with the hotel owners and other stake holders.
*SALARY EXPECTATION* :
RM 3,500.00
*HOW I WILL PREPARE MYSELF IN THE INDUSTRY*:
to be a hotel general manager is not easy for me but if i keep learning and improved my skill then i will be a hotel general manager someday . Its not easy to reach to that level but if i work hard and get more training in this industry then i will make it . There is no easy way to success , just work hard and i'll get what i want to be .
